  • Commission timeframes can vary depending on the complexity and size of the piece. Joëlle will provide you with an estimated completion date when you discuss your vision.

    Typically, the creation process spans 8-10 weeks.

  • The JB Commission allows you to work with Joëlle and her team to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art that breathes life into your space. While Joëlle’s ready-made original pieces are stunning, demand is quite high and you may not always find the color, size, or style that you’re looking for.

    The commission process allows you to truly plan a masterpiece made for your space.

  • We are happy to discuss payment plans with you if needed. However, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your spot, and work on your piece will not begin until half of the total payment is received.

  • Joëlle’s commission collectors keep coming back and it’s not a coincidence!

    The process begins with a consultation, which can be done through email or a phone call. After all the details are finalized and you're satisfied with the vision, a 50% deposit is due. Joëlle will begin working on your piece. The remaining balance is to be paid upon approval of the completed artwork. Throughout the creative journey, the JB team will keep in touch, providing you with updates and studio pictures.

    Once the painting is finished, it will be thoughtfully packaged and shipped to you.

  • Canvas pieces provide a classic, organic texture that exudes timeless elegance, suitable for both framed and unframed presentations. In contrast, aluminum pieces offer a bold, modern aesthetic, often featuring a stunning gloss finish. These aluminum artworks come with a sleek back frame, creating a striking floating effect on your wall. Additionally, aluminum pieces can showcase a brushed texture for added depth and visual intrigue.
